summary
This article is an easy-to-understand guide to the Leblanc Reroll configuration by VN OTP player 21 07 001, based on our own analysis of his results.
I have played this configuration myself and found it to be highly repeatable and powerful as a configuration.
I believe that it has a good chance to be a part of the meta-configuration in the current environment.
This article covers everything from the basics of the composition to its application, including how to progress from the beginning to the end of the game, carry switching patterns, how to select augments and items, and tips for play.
From the next section, we will provide easy-to-understand explanations for beginners to intermediate level players.
*We will update this page as needed with additional information!

This composition is based on Cypher 5, aiming for Leblanc ★3 at level 6, followed by Gario and Draven★3 at level 7, and adding Sejuani and Strategist units after level 8.
The items of Gario and Leblanc are very important, as this composition wins by producing damage with multiple carries, while Gario endures with recovery by Leblanc’s Hextech Gunblade and his own skill.

Early stage: 5 consecutive losses and making items for Leblanc
This configuration is important to collect2 or 3 cost rerolls and cyphers at 3-7, so the maximum money is saved by picking up Leblanc and cypher units and losing 5 consecutive 2-station losses.
The sooner the Cipher is out, the stronger it is.
*If you have Leblanc + Gario or Draven at 2-5, you can go pull Vai and get Cipher out.
Leblanc’s best items are Shozin’s Spear, Hextech Gunblade, and Nasher Tooth, so prioritize getting those materials in Sushi.
Midfield: 3-2 to set up board, slow reroll at 6 levs and save Intel
This configuration does not force a 3-stage win, but plays a win-lose or, if it was 8 losses in a row to 3-5, 10 losses in a row style.
There is little need to rush to turn it around even if the Leblancs seem to overlap.
(Since the cypher recovery is 3-7, the 3 stages that don’t get the AD/AP buff of the cypher are hard to win in the first place)

3-2 to 3-3: Set up the board a bit at level 6 and start a slow reroll, aiming for Leblanc’ s *3.
3-5: If you have lost 8 in a row at this point, adjust 3-5 and 3-6 to lose and make it 10 in a row.
3-7: Collect the cypher.
The reward table to be recovered is as follows.
[250] The frying pan and small duplicator can be obtained, making it easy to target the strategist’s emblem and early ★3.

[290] All rewards are easy to take advantage of.

The high percentage of [370] items works well with this configuration, which has many item holders.
The tactician’s shield is also useful as it can be utilized to extend the strategist’s vertical.

[410-] The value of the rewards is simply very high.
Endgame: Leblanc, Gario, and Draven at *3 to extend strategist.
After creating Leblanc ★3 at level 6, add Gario and Draven★3 at level 7, and Sejuani and Strategist units after level 8.
In practice, Leblanc *3, Galio and Draven *2 can get through the first half of the 4 stages, so do not rush and take it slow. (It is possible to win the latter half of the 4th stage depending on the strength of the surroundings.)

Item Guide
- Leblanc: Shozin’s pike, Hextech gunblade + 1 item.
Surprisingly can be created since there is a grace period until 3-7.
(AP items are unnecessary as they are raised by cypher, and guinsaw is better as the battle time is often prolonged?) - Gario: pure tank items (ideally: gargoyle stone plate, warmog armor + one utility item)
If you have enough utility items, give them an unshakable heart, etc. - Draven: surplus and utility items
Recommended Augment (Augment Tier List)
Since there are many item holders and many units to stack and level, priority is basically given to item-based and economic augmentations.
Item-based augments ≥ Economy-based augments > Combat-based augments
Tips for play and placement
- Playable when there are two or more Leblanc items.
The earlier the cypher is out, the stronger the configuration, but it is also strong enough to be played after the 3rd stage, making it highly reproducible - Up to 3-7, by placing units together on the right side and focusing on weaker units, you can kill more enemy units and reduce the damage you receive.
This is because the main tank is often placed on the left side as seen from you, and by placing units on the right side, you can preferentially take out enemy units that are relatively weak.
Damage received is increased by 1 for each surviving enemy unit.
This is an important technique because 10 more HP can change your ranking by one or two places.

- Leblanc and Zedo can be placed as follows to help focus and deal with enemy carries quickly

impression
The Leblanc reroll configuration described in this article is a strong reroll configuration with very good reproducibility and completeness as a configuration.
In particular, the established route to reliably retrieve Cipher at 3-7 is a major advantage, as it is not so dependent on wins along the way and is less prone to item and unit accidents.
We also felt that the shifting timing of the popular Graves thriller rolls and power spikes in the current environment was also a major advantage.
Depending on the contents of the cypher collection, it has enough potential to aim for first place, and it is a configuration that can be considered for a top-tier position.

I tried it myself and came in 5, 1, 3, 2.
Maybe a real pine tree, since it can beat a dynamo of this perfection,
