Summary
This article is a translation by Scilla of the “Meteor Rain Neeko” structure based on the commentary video (15.3) by Ms. Xiangping霸王东 and summarized on this website.
With Neeko’s exclusive augment “Meteor Rain” as the core, this video explains the plan to quickly fire off the 4th skill and focus all resources on a single point: wiping out the enemy rear guard.
Contents
Concept
- There are only two conditions for victory:
- Activate the 4th skill as quickly as possible.
- Destroy the enemy rear guard with that 4th shot
- Therefore, completing Neeko’s ★3 and 3 items is the top priority (basically no need to increase the rear guard’s firepower).
- Ka Sante is an important piece that jumps up the composition strength.
- Rearguard synergy is less important (Star Guardian 2 is sufficient).
- Victory or defeat depends on Neeko’s ability to fire the fourth shot.

The fourth skill deals 1292 and 1158 damage to the enemy rear guard!
Items (Neeko)
- 1st frame (required): Ark Angel Staff (for one shot at the rear guard with extended firepower)
- Frame 2: Guinsaw Rage Blade (for accelerating skill rotation)
- Frame 3: Titan Oath (durability and stability)
Alternative: Ark Angel x2
Power Up
- Prioritize firepower systems: 9000+ / Rathbos / Master of Magic / Max Arcana / Finalist
Composition

Basically complete at level 7 and put in Jarvan IV at level 8.
Also, place Neeko in the center and protect both sides with other units.
(Excerpt from the original article)
Anyway, protect Neeko well.
Never let her hit you first.
If she hits you first, you won’t be able to hold on any longer.
Level 7
- Protector 6 (required) + 2 Star Guardians (either Cindra or Arli )
*Sindra is usually employed for the purpose of raising the magical power level
Level 8 (top-up)
- Add Jarvan IV.
If the enemy main carry is on the left side, Jarvan IV is placed on the right side.
(This way you can delay the order in which Neeko is attacked) - Exception: If there are two Ka Sante ★2s, you can employ the second one without J4 + the thief’s glove.
(Glove to *3 Lacan is also acceptable)
Level 9 (final)

- Shielded by Strategist with additional Rise + Mana assistance by Mentor.
- Backline items can be left over.
Progression
- Basic progression is a series of losses (rarely play with a winning streak).
Secure equipment by losing a series of games, then use the second augment to raise the economy system → level 7 at once and reroll all the way to Neeko★2. - If you see Ka Sante in the Stage 3 draft, pick him as a top priority.
- ( Neeko★2 is enough to get to the top (Neeko★3 is almost guaranteed to get to the top)).
- Any surplus items will go to the tanks in the vanguard.
Items for the rear carry are low priority.
Tips (from comments in the video section)
- Same-side snipe: By placing Neeko on the same side as the enemy carry (3rd from the left, 3rd from the right, etc.), you can directly target the carry with your third skill.
Of course, there is a risk of being focused and dying instantly, so it is only put out as a one-or-more-snipe strategy in the final battle for the top spot. - Surprise Build: A build where Neeko’s Night Edge is adjusted so that it activates at the timing when all the allied vanguards are wiped out by Ark Angel/Night Edge/JG, and the enemy vanguard that has come forward is wiped out by the third skill.
(In this tactic, the power-up “Veil of Crimson” works very well with the Night Edge to prevent it from activating too early)
Impression
It is rare to find a configuration that is so simple in concept and easy to understand!
In the current environment where there is a lot of competition, knowing such a special winning strategy is a big advantage, so it is definitely something to keep in mind!

All you need is 4 bullets (skills)…
