summary
TFT’s patch “15.6” is a much-anticipated reinstatement of the reroll configuration.
We have translated Balmyeong’s commentary and compiled detailed instructions on how to run each tier and major configuration. This is a must-see for those who want to win in the ranks from now on.
Contents
System Changes
Adjustment of crystal gambit magnification
Nerfed the multiplier in Stage 4 from 2x to 1.85x.
This change slightly reduces the explosive power.
Lulu (and low-cost band) pool integration
The total number of lulu was changed from 18 to 22.
At first glance, this may seem like an “increase,” but in reality, Cog-Maw, Smolder, Rams, and others are now in the shared pool, making it nearly impossible for multiple people to create 3s of the same champion at the same time.
Theoretically, there are 22 champions, so there may be cases where two 3s are produced, but if there is overlap, there is a high probability that they will all fall together, making competition management more important than ever before.
Removal of artifact anvil
The “artifact anvil” no longer appears as an encounter.
This was because some artifacts were disrupting the overall balance of the game and the luck factor in the early stages was a major factor in determining the winner.
Luden Tempest” removed from artifact items
The “Luden Tempest” which was too OP (too strong) has been removed.
In particular, when given to Ary, it was so powerful that it could not be considered a 3-cost ★3, effectively making it a 4-cost ★3 class.
This removal is the right decision to restore a healthy game balance.
Delete “Maximum Limit”
Delete “maximum limit.”
This was another extremely powerful item.
Everyone must have experienced the development of 3-cost rerolls that were on the verge of collapse, but came back to the maximum limit and took the top 4 slots.
In the future, we will be in an environment where we cannot rely on these rescue items, so it is more recommended to use 3-cost rerolls only when there is a clear opportunity to do so.
Radiant “Ionic Spark” greatly enhanced.
Ionic Spark is the strongest of the Rediant defensive items.
With this buff, it is now the top performer among the Rediant defensive items.
However, this is only within the defensive items, and the offensive items are still more powerful than the defensive items in Rediant as a whole.
Therefore, the following conditions should be used as a guide in making your selection:
- I didn’t get any offensive rediant.
- Does not have magic defense lowering items
- Playing AP configurations.
Champion Buffs
gangplank
After the weakening, Gangplank has been gradually buffed. With the second or third upward revision, its basic status is now at a very high level.
However, since the “extending arm” that was once the source of its strength has been removed, it still stands in a tough position as the main carry in a reroll configuration.
It is an excellent item holder in the early stages of the game, and we recommend using it in a “Juggernaut + Duelist” configuration (3 Mighty Robots progression) combined with Udia.
ary
While affected by the removal of Louden, the performance of the main unit has been buffed.
It seems that Riot is intentionally recommending the “Arriror configuration,” which is not a bad position for an available 3-cost configuration option.
The statistical win rate is mediocre, but the configuration is attractive in that it is hard to compete with.
Rams.
Mana reduction and strength increase buffs.
Nevertheless, it remains unsuitable as a carry and is more stable with Cog-Maw or Smolder in a real fight.
smolder
This time, it has gained a significant buff.
While in the past, Cog-Mau was often prioritized even if forced to do so, from now on, the decision to place Smolder in carry if AD items are available is valid.
woodia
It is a small buffer, so its impact is limited.
ash
Although buffed in attack speed-related areas, it remains one of the weakest.
It’s still a “gangplank with no arms to extend,” and has lost some of its carry capability.
A return to the meta will be tough.
rise
Although buffed, it is still based on sub-carry operation.
It is not strong enough to be the mainstay of a 4-mentor configuration.
Lee Shin
The biggest winner this time around.
Extremely powerful in both Executioner and Juggernaut, especially in Juggernaut form.
The old ★2 is supercharged with the same firepower as the current ★1, so powerful that it can take down a tank with a single skill.
seraphine
Significant buff.
It is no longer a support, but a main carry.
It shows tremendous strength when axed in a 6-bastion configuration.
Twisted Fate
Although the AD ratio was buffered, the real impact was minimal.
yonk (i.e. of a dog)
Yone, long out of favor, is finally buffed.
However, the increase in attack speed is modest at only 0.5% per normal attack, and remains subtle.
It is wise to use items for Lee Shin.
zaira (edible plant, Allium cepa)
Significantly enhanced.
The attack speed and skill damage of plants have been increased, and if you give her an attack item, she can also be your main carry.
It has transformed from a mere auxiliary role to an axis of the composition.
Augment buffs
Golden Quest (a.k.a. the quest for enlightenment)
Granted items changed to focus on compatibility with champions.
Example:
- Seraphine: Manazane → Flickerblade
- Gwen: Dawn Core → Zonya’s Hourglass
- Lee Singh, Zaira items also improved.
Combined with the buff of the 5-cost group, it is worth actively selecting in favorable developments.
However, because of its high risk, it is recommended to choose it only when you have enough strength.
remittance
Fixed a problem with no reward in stage 5.
Substantial functional improvement.
know your enemy
Increased effectiveness: 15% → 18% ( approx. 20% enhancement)
The value of adopting this product in a multi-synergy configuration has increased.
big friend
Durability +2% buff for both Silver and Gold.
Although it was difficult to place and tended to be avoided, it will be an option in the future.
Pump Up II / III
Attack speed is increased to **+2%/+4%** respectively.
However, the current set still has a low priority, as there are few long-range carries that depend on attack speed.
Infinite Power
Morellonomicon → changed to Nasher Tooth + Jewel Gauntlet.
Selection value in AP configurations increased significantly. Became a savior augment in times of scarcity.
Nerf Summary
Yasuo.
AI behavior has been modified, making it harder to target the rear guard.
However, the win rate is still high, and the impact on the experience is minimal.
akari
Small-scale nerf.
However, the Star Guardian, which was a natural enemy, has been weakened, so it is effectively an indirect buff.
soul fighter
Physical decrease: -25 for 6 soul fighters, -50 for 8 soul fighters.
Adjustment at the error level.
Rather, the entire composition tends to be strengthened by the buffs of Lee Shin and Yone.
star guardian
Additional effect nerf for Zaya/Jinx.
Poppy’s “Maximum Defense” and “Gathering Strength” also weakened.
Although it has fallen from Tier 0, it is still a strong Tier 1-2 configuration.
However, the main role of AD carries will shift to soul fighters in the future.
7Mighty Robot
The magic reflection rate of the robot’s third skill is nerfed.
Theoretically, this is a weakening, but the actual win rate has actually increased rather than decreased.
This can be attributed more to the indirect reinforcement from the poppy nerf, which was a counter, than to the Yone buff.
Hero Augment (Kenen/Mundo/Shen)
- Kenen: clearly weakened
- Mundo: slightly weakened
- Shen: Still strong
protagonist
Super nerf.
Champion acquisition changed from “next turn” to “after 3 turns”.
This made it extremely difficult to achieve *4 and significantly reduced the maximum firepower of the configuration.
Aura Cultivation in progress
Item rewards removed.
It was a powerful augment, but will now be an option exclusively for winning streaks.
However, it is still useful, given the benefits of 5-cost enhancement and “composition give-away”.
keeper
Nerfed both Silver/Gold.
This is a reasonable adjustment as they were too powerful.
mini-mini team
Gradual nerfing of the effect from **200% → 150% → 100%**.
In addition, the weakening of Star Guardian will be combined with the weakening of Star Guardian, and its priority will be greatly reduced in the future.
Basic Standing
How to play.
. “Play at the champion you came for.”
In the last patch, there was an overwhelming Tier 0 management structure, Star Guardian, so it is a given that the priority is to acquire economic augments and level the structure.
However, because of the close balance and number of options between reroll and leveling configurations in this patch, it is best to simply play with the champion that came along.
Priority of AD leveling configuration
Samira and Jinx, in that order, and the priority of the AP leveling configuration should be Akali, Yumi, Karma, and Rise, in that order.
The reroll configuration has no priority.
Simply aim for the configuration that gathers the most.
Reroll configuration
Tier 2: Cayle Lilor

- Current status: Has the potential to be a first-place finisher if it can reach level 9.
- With Lee Sin buffed, it is now possible to have a flexible choice of 6 juggernauts or 4 juggernauts/4 wraiths, without forcing them to stick to 6 wraiths.
- Conditions of play: good item match, preferably with a 3-1 reroll to complete the *3.
- Getting around: always take the economic augment with the first or second augment, and play 5-2 to reach level 9.
- After completion: ka sante + 6 lays activated by adding Vals.
- Recommended power-ups: Cale “9000+” and “Double Strike”.
Now that the double strike has been buffed, if the 9000+ status ride is not good enough, don’t hesitate to discard it and go for the double strike.
Tier 2: Crew

- Current status: potential for first place if Twisted Fate can be pulled off.
- Condition: When Malphite and Sivia have a good pull, and when a defensive item is made. (Preference for armor items over offensive items)
- Standing: Once the ★3 is completed, add a strategist and remove the sniper.
- Item transfer: Item transfer is not required until Twisted Fate ★2.
- Recommended power-ups:
Malfight: The best choice for Malfight is the overflowing life force, assuming that “defensive items have been made”.
Sivia: “Sky Piercer” is the best choice. If you can’t pull it off, give Twisted Fate a power-up in the second half and poison mushrooms.
Tier 1: Janarary rolls

- Current Status: This is the dominant Tier 1 and the most recommended configuration.
- Standing: aim for 3 ★ in Kobuko and Gianna at level 6.
- If you draw Gianna early in the game, immediately put a power-up on her. If she is fierce and the items match, this configuration is the way to go.
- Power Up: Kobuko is the transformation, the greatest defense, the tank whale. Janna is a fierce one.
Tier 1: Catalina roll

- Current Status: The most recommended reroll configuration along with Gianna.
- Standing: Level 6, aiming for 3 ★ for Janna and Catalina.
- Item: Hand of Justice + Night Edge + Nasher Tooth fixed.
- Artifacts: Zonya’s Retro Clock, Seeker Arm Guard, and Dawn Core are recommended in that order.
- Power Up: For Lacan, transform, unstoppable, rocket grab. For Catalina, the game is just beginning, 9000+, finalist recommended.
Zonya’s Retro Clock and Seeker Arm Guard can be substituted for Night Edge, and Dawn Core can be substituted for Nasher Tooth or Night Edge.
Tier 1: Cog-Mau (+ Yasuo) reroll

- Current status: Cog-Maurilor, but also Yasuorilor.
- Standing: aim for 3★ at level 7 with Swain, Yasuo, and Cog-Mau.
- Item: Cog-Mau also works very well with artifacts, fishbone, dawn core, static shiv, and rich vane, all very powerful.
- Power Up: Yasuo maximizes firepower with Nfinity Edge and Hand of Justice.
Swain is more effective with items like Sunfire Cape and Unshakable Heart because of his high defensive status with 6 Bastion.
Leveling Configuration
Tier 1: Soul Fighter

- Current status: Overtook Star Guardian in this patch and moved to the throne of AD leveling configurations.
- Unless you have a soul fighter crest, it is stronger to add a strong high-cost champion to 6 soul fighters than to force high synergy.
- Standing:, Lee Shin and Braum are fixed, and the remaining one slot can be filled with Bolivare or Yone.
- Recommended power-ups:
Set: resistance, self-regeneration
Samira: On the Edge, Sky Piercer
The general arrangement is to one-tank the set like this, but once Lee Shin and Braum reach *2 in the second half, it is more effective to move everyone up to the first row to distribute the firepower.
Tier 1: Star Guardian

- Current status: nerfed, but still powerful, just from an underwhelming Tier 0 to Tier 1.
- Standing: most effective is to remove Ary and Cindra and employ Cobco and Valls as mercenaries in addition to Ka Sante.
- Power-ups: Poppy and Jinx’s exclusive power-ups, “Maximum Defense” and “Gather Strength,” are still powerful, albeit nerfed. However, they are not 100% essential.
Tier 1: Akali

- Current status: slightly nerfed, but Star Guardian, which was a counter, has been weakened.
- Item: Akali fixed with two nasher tooth and quick silver.
- Recommended power-up: Akali is fixed with a crimson veil.
Tier 1: Prodigy Yumi

- Composition: A powerful composition when transitioning from 3 Battle Academies and 2 Prodigies in the early stages of the project, utilizing its foundation as it is.
- Standing: strong only when you can progress solidly. It will not show its true value unless it eventually reaches level 9 and activates 5 prodigies with the addition of Seraphine.
- Yumi: The Lavadon Death Cap and Jewel Gauntlets should be fixed, and the remaining one slot should be a Hextech Gunblade, Striker Flail, or Giant Slayer.
- A magic defense lowering item and recovery inhibiting item for Malzahar and a crown guard for Leona.
- Power Up: Transformation or resistance is recommended for Leona. Yumi is an unconditional choice for Bullet Hell.
The trick to pulling a Bullet Hell is to remove both Prodigy and Battle Academia synergies from the board when providing power-ups.
By doing so, the Star Student and Refinement will not appear, increasing the probability of pulling a Bullet Hell.
Tier 1: Mecha-Pilot 7

- Playing conditions: have Pandora’s items, have a chance of getting to level 9, or be lucky enough to pull a Yone at level 7 or 8 to determine your chances.
- Item Distribution:
Karma: Attach items that lower magic defense and inhibit recovery, and give them mana items.
Jarvan IV: Oath of Protector.
Yone: Give him an extra fighter item or a bandit’s glove.
Since Senna will be boarding the robot, let Senna have the Warmog armor, Stelac’s baskets, and Labadon Death Cap to maximize the robot’s performance.
impression
The 15.6 environment is dominated by rerolls.
In particular, the rerolls of “Catalina,” “Gianna,” and “Cogmau” are highly stable and offer high performance.
Also check out the various derivations of the Soul Fighter and other power-up changes to the configuration!

You there who read to the end! Thank you so much !!!!
