Teacher Survey

We have compiled comments from teachers who taught students at the TFT camp.
Please take a look at the challenges and growth that can be seen only from a teaching standpoint, as well as their perspectives for the next camp.
📝 Impressions after the camp
- Frankly, I enjoyed it; it was a valuable opportunity to take the time to teach the basics of TFT.
- I think it was a good project, with discoveries for both students and teachers.
- I’m glad we were able to achieve our goals while also meeting the objectives of the camp.
- It’s like it ‘s the end of the world.
- This was the first time that results were confirmed in a long-term coaching program. It was a relief to see the results.
- I was anxious, but I was also able to feel my own personal growth, and I am glad I participated.
📅 Duration and frequency
- I got up to master early, so it seemed longer.
- I felt 1.5 months was not enough time to train a beginner.
- It was appropriate.
- Students need independent thinking time as well. Maybe a little pause in the future.
- Some parts felt a little long, but just right for some situations.
- Seems a little short for the goal of achieving mastery. Adjustment of frequency is not a problem.
💡Consciousness and ingenuity in coaching
- Conscious of encouraging people to continue learning on their own.
- Avoiding set14-only content and focusing on versatile basic knowledge
- Teach the basics anyway. I could actually reach mastery.
- I tried to give them time to think instead of giving them the answer right away.
- Finding and praising what is being done.
- Separating the case for each match from the teaching of the fundamentals to avoid confusing students.
😵 Difficulties during coaching
- The fact that students did not have much of a habit of self-study
- It was difficult to grow LPs with only universal content.
- It was difficult to coordinate dates.
- The teaching tended to be more detailed.
- It was more difficult to lead them further up the ladder after mastery.
- I felt it would take time to put into play what I taught in a short period of time.
🎓 Learning from teaching
- I had to relearn how to use statistical tools from scratch.
- I now have a benchmark for teaching others.
- I have a better understanding of Fast9.
- I was faced with developments that I would have had trouble with as a player, and my ability to think about them was enhanced.
- It gave me a chance to reorganize my knowledge in a systematic way.
📬 Requests and advice to the management (principal)
- Most teachers were positive, saying “nothing in particular” or “I want to make the most of what I have reflected on for the next time.
- The only concrete suggestion was to ” start planning only after the content has been finalized ” in terms of planning and design.
🔁 Want to join us next time?
- If it were shorter, I would participate.
- Of course I want to participate. I want to do everything I can to contribute to the development of the neighborhood.
- I’d like to do it if I had the strength.
- Whenever I’m free.
- Undecided as the next set will focus on double ups.
- I would love to participate if circumstances permit. It was a meaningful project.

Message from the Teacher

impression
I felt that the “TFT Training Camp,” which was realized by students with a strong will to seriously learn TFT and enthusiastic coaches who responded to the students, was a wonderful project filled with essential growth, not only in rank improvement, but also in a deeper understanding of the game and a shift in playing awareness!
Many students commented that the games became more interesting and they began to think more about strategy, while the teachers also commented that they were able to reconfirm the importance of the basics and that their own thinking ability had improved, indicating that the month and a half was very meaningful for both sides.
After the camp, many positive comments were received, such as “I will aim for mastery at the next set ” and ” I would like to participate as a teacher next time, ” indicating that this was a fulfilling program for the participants.
This was a successful example of an ideal environment for players to “enjoy TFT while becoming stronger,” and I am sure that it will be a useful reference for many players.

I was watching from the side the whole time, and I was impressed by how happy he and his teacher looked when the student’s rate went up, and I thought, “Oh, that’s nice.
I think it was a very nice project …… that not only made TFT better, but also naturally created horizontal connections!
